IV.A. Superintendent's Report
Rationale:
Please note the personnel report as you will find updated employee information reflected in it. As noted in my email from last week, we have had an amazing number of Kindergarten enrollments during our first two days. While they are not so much that they will force us to open another section, we are pleased to see people so eager to enroll. I am currently working with OLCLC and Grasshopper Green on plans to expand the before/ after school program to allow for four year olds to attend. We begin interviews for the Mile Creek Principal position next week. We have a very strong group of candidates.

VII.D. Center School Gymnasium Floor Replacement
Speaker(s):
John Rhodes
Rationale:
The Center School gymnasium floor is scheduled to be replaced as part of the 2018/2019 facilities projects budget. The existing rubber floor was originally installed at least 30 years ago and the surface was refinished in 2004. At this point, the flooring system is at end of its life. There are a number of locations where the rubber bond to the concrete sub floor has failed. The existing floor will be removed and replaced with a poured rubber floor. This project was publicly bid. Results are listed below:
Following a scope review and reference check, it is recommended that Dynamic Sports Construction be awarded the contract to replace the existing gymnasium floor.
