XI. Action Item: Motion: To authorize the Superintendent to enter into a five year lease agreement between the Madison Public Schools and Canon Solutions America, for replacement of the existing fleet of photocopiers. The Superintendent will use his discretion regarding the final terms of the lease, and the annual payment is not to exceed the 2017-18 budgeted amount of $39,120. This authorization is pending approval of the Board of Selectmen, and the Board of Finance.
