LSOA - DIBELS Reading EOY predicted performance by 2nd grade students at meets grade level will increase from 60% in May 2024 to 63% in May 2025. |

Consider action to approve the RCISD Board Resolution Extending Depository Contract for Funds with Roscoe Bank for years 2025-2027
Description:
This is the first extension out of three possible extensions. The extension for the depository is with Roscoe Bank for 2 years. Each additional extension is for a period of 2 years. At the conclusion of the three extensions, RCISD will have to go out for bids again. In other terms, if RCISD would exercise its right to exhaust all three possible extensions, then RCISD would need to rebid the depository contract for the 2030-31 school year to be in effect in the 2031-32 school year.

Consider action to approve the RCISD 2025-26 Certification of Provision of Instructional Materials
Description:
This certification was formely known as the TEKS Certification. RCISD puruchases intructional materials through the EMAT process. EMAT is the online state ordering system for instructional materials and Instructional Materials Technology Allotment (IMTA) funds. RCISD requests and tracks the purchase of the instrucational materials through this process.

Consider action to approve to delegate to Dr. Guillermo Mancha, Jr., RCISD Superintedent the hiring authority to hire a secondary counselor for the 2025-26 school year
Description:
RCISD needs to hire a counselor for the secondary level. We have already lost an applicant the took another job. We have two additional applicants that we are looking to interview. In the interest of securing a counselor and not taking a chance to lose an applicant to another district, by delegating the hiring authority RCISD can secure the position.
