RESOLVED: Whereas a vacancy has been caused on this Board of Education by reason of the resignation of Darryl Antcliff; and Whereas this Board of Education has by law authority to fill the vacancy; Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of Education of the Elk Rapids School District that ______________ be and hereby is, appointed to serve as member of the Board of Education of this school district for the unexpired term of Darryl Antcliff ending on December 31, 2026.
