PZE-24-0129 Hayden Sky Final Planned Unit Development - The applicant is requesting the approval of a final planned unit development on one (1) lot of 127.53 acres in size to construct a four-phase project to include a mixture of single-family dwelling structure types, neighborhood parkland, and light industrial uses accessory to the use of single family residential.   The Preliminary Planned Unit Development was approved on May 14, 2024. The subject site (shown above) is located east of North Huetter Road and west of North Carrington Street and approximately 155’ north of West Hayden Avenue, more commonly known as 4085 W Hayden Avenue.
