9. Discuss STAAR Outcomes, Remediation, and Accountability

10. Closed Session:
Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections §551.071, to consult with the
District’s attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the
attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct
of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Local
Government Code, including consultation with legal counsel regarding pending or
contemplated litigation and/or privileged legal advice.
Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.076, to discuss and deliberate
matters of safety and security.
