4. Board training with Powell Law Group, LLP with regards to the process of accepting and approving an Application for Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property, pursuant to Texas Tax Code § 313.

5. Discussion and possible action to adopt Board Policy CCGB(LOCAL).

6. Discussion and possible action to retain attorneys and consultants to assist Frost ISD in the review and processing of an Application for Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property, pursuant to Texas Tax Code § 313.

7. Conduct closed session.

7.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, including a discussion regarding the Superintendent’s evaluation.

7.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071, to consult with the District's attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, including a discussion regarding the Superintendent’s evaluation.
