13. Consider approval of a local policy to restrict participation in UIL extracurricular activities for students who are enrolled as remote learners. In addition, for clubs such as Beta Club or FFA, students would be limited to virtual participation in events or projects, but would maintain membership unless otherwise mandated by the club bylaws.
