At a meeting of the Board of Trustees, members of the public will have the opportunity to address the Board of Trustees during this section on any agenda item or any subject within its jurisdiction.  Each speaker should complete the Open Forum Participation Sheet available online at www.westosoisd.net or in person before the board meeting.  This document is located under the About Us Tab, School Board Tab, under Board Documents and Policies and click on the Open Forum Participation Link.   If you wish to address the Board during Public Participation/Open Forum, please complete and submit the form online or complete a form in person by 5:30 pm on the day of the board meeting.  This document will then be sent/given to Ms. Diane Jackson, Superintendent's Secretary.
