Description:
Should any final action,
decision, or vote be required in the opinion of the School Board with regard to
any matter considered in such closed meeting, then the School Board may take
action, decision, or a vote on a matter posted above for closed meeting when it
reconvenes in open session.

VIII.1. Consider and take possible
action on all matters incident and related to ordering and holding a bond
election within the District on November 3, 2015, including the adoption of an
order pertaining thereto.

VIII.2. Consider
and take possible action on adopting a Resolution with respect to the use of
bond proceeds for certain Bond Projects if the bond in the above action item is
approved by the voters, following recommendations of the Bond Advisory
Committee.

VIII.3. Consider and take possible
action to approve opening Wi-Fi/Internet usage up in the Ysleta Room during
Board meetings.

Description:
This notice has been publicly posted at the administrative offices of the Ysleta Independent School District, 9600 Sims, El Paso County, Texas, seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the above meeting, as required by the following sections of the Texas Government Code: 551:041 and 551.043. This notice is also posted at all school district high schools.
