                                        C.1. Public Comments In accordance with Board Policy BED, at all regular Board meetings, public comment shall be limited to items on the agenda posted with notice of the meeting. No presentation shall exceed three minutes, except that presentations by non-English speakers who require a translator shall not exceed six minutes. The presiding officer of the meeting may modify or waive these time limits as appropriate. Additionally, any citizen wishing to distribute printed handout materials to the Board or audience must submit the materials for review at least 24 hours prior to the meeting to the Superintendent’s Office. The Superintendent, or their designee, shall inform the speaker if the materials have been approved for distribution prior to the meeting. All printed handout materials shall be distributed to the Board or audience before or after public comment, but not during.
