5. Public Comment The board encourages comments from students, parents, citizens of the district and district employees. Anyone wishing to speak is encouraged to review district policy BED (LOCAL) regarding public participation at Board meetings. 9.B. Section 551.072 - Deliberation Regarding Real Property
A governmental body may conduct a closed meeting to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value or real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person. |
