Description:
1. Flooding in courtyard is controlled. Going to install gutters near GH building cafeteria.
2. Demolition of three small buildings is scheduled for September 24th and should take 6 to 8 days. 3. Tenant is scheduled to be out of 2 story building on October 1. 4. Request for Proposal Public Notice is scheduled to be in local newspaper on the 14 and 28 of this month. |

Description:
This portion of the meeting may be closed to all but essential personnel as deemed necessary by the Board in accordance with the open Meetings Act, Section 551.074 et. Seq., Texas Government Code.

V.A. TCSA Convention in Houston, October 23-26.
Description:
The Convention starts Wednesday morning, October 24th. We will arrive Tuesday evening, October 23rd.
We have rooms for Tuesday night through Thursday night, checking our Friday morning. |

V.A.1. Meal Checks
Description:
You will receive meal per-diem at the September meeting so you have time to cash them since we will be leaving right after the October meeting. You do not need to turn in any receipts.

I will give you your tax-exempt form at the October meeting.

Description:
Last year, TCSA told me that you will be receiving through e-mail, a bar code to expedite your registration. I am waiting to hear from TCSA.
