9. Deliberation and Possible Action to Adopt a Resolution that Accomplishes the Following:
Description:
We have finally reached an agreement with Conterra to initiate the process to remove the tower that is located on the northwest side of Whirlwind Gym. The tower is no longer used. To summarize, Conterra will find a contractor to remove the tower and Conterra will pay 50% of what it will cost and the Region 17 technology network we are a part of will pay the other 50%. There will be no cost to our district for this.
