Deliberation and Possible Action Regarding Purchasing One Hundred & Fifty (150) Chromebooks:  Eighteen (18) Chromebooks for the 8th Grade Principles of Ag Class from Function 199-11-Curriculum & Instruction Career and Technology Education [$3,400.92]; Sixty-three (63) Chromebooks for Carr Middle School and High School from Title IV Federal Elementary and Secondary School Act Grant, Fund 289-11-Curriculum & Instruction [$11,903.22]; and Sixty-Nine Chromebooks for Carr Middle School from the Educational Materials and Technology Allotment ("EMAT") Fund 410-11-Curriculum and Instruction [$13,036.86].  The grand total for the Chromebooks is $28,341.

6.E. Deliberation and Possible Action Regarding Amending the District's 2025-2026 Budget by Moving $14,372.00 from Function 199-36-Career & Technology Education Funds to Function 199-81-Buildings Maintenance to Fund the August 2025 Culinary Arts Gas Stove and Oven, Vent Hood, & Fire Suppresant System Project at the Hale Center High School.

6.F. Deliberation and Possible Action Regarding Amending the District's 2025-2026 Budget by Moving $5,611 from Function 199-11-Curriculum & Instruction to Function 199-12-Library for the Region 11 Educational Service Center Technology Resources Education Consortium ("TREC") Library Management Services Contract.

6.G. Deliberation and Possible Action Regarding the 2025-2026 Multi-Hazard Emergency Operations Plan ("EOP") and the 2025-2026 Active Threat for Schools Annex in Accordance with Texas Education Codes §37.108 & §37.2071(b).
