6.A. Teacher Incentive Allotment: Information regarding the "Musicfirst Classroom" in the amount of $1,424.00 which includes setup and lifetime technical support, resources, content library, gradebook, calendar and more. The music platform will be used for band and music student growth measurements.

6.B. Teacher Incentive Allotment ("TIA") Report: The District Decision-Making & Planning committee met on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, to finalize the "Spending Plan" and the "District Guidebook." Friday, April 4, 2025, the administration and the ESC17 finalized the application responses for all tabs and submit the application on or before April 15, 2025, to the Texas Education Agency.

6.C. Gifted and Talented ("G/T"): the district's G/T Coordinator and the ESC 17 G/T field representative will meet in June 2025 to finalize the G/T Board Policy & District Plan. The plan will be presented to the Board of Trustees at the August regular scheduled meeting.
