This is to verify that the provisions of Section 551 of the Texas Government Code
have been met in connection with public notice of this meeting.

3. GUESTS FOR PUBLIC TESTIMONY- the Board allows up to three minutes of time per person for agenda-related comments with submission of a Public Testimony form prior to the start of the meeting.
