II.A. The Board will consider approval of the Budget Amendments.

II.B. The Board will consider accepting the December Financials.

II.C. The Board will consider approval of the Minutes of the January 5 Agenda Review, January 12 Regular meeting. and the January 26 Special Meeting.

II.D. The Board will review the local policies proposed in TASB Policy Update 101 and other local district updates in first reading, pending final approval.

III. Regular Agenda.

III.A. The Board will consider approval of the Safety and Security Upgrades for Clack and Craig Middle Schools, Proposal #022, 14-15.

III.B. The Board will consider approval of Madison and Mann Middle School Additions and Renovations, Proposal #014, 14-15

III.C. System 44 / Read 180 Report.

III.D. The Board will consider approval of 2015 reimbursement rates for unused local sick days under Policy DEC(Local), related terms and conditions.

IV. Closed Session:  A closed session may be held under the provisions of Texas Government Code, Chapter 551 including but not limited to Section 551.071, Section 551.074, Section 551.076, and Section 551.0821.

IV.A. The Board will consider and deliberate Personnel Employment, Assignments, Suspensions, and Terminations. (Section 551.074)
