I. Call to Order.

I.A. Announcement by the chairman whether a quorum is present and that the meeting had been duly called, and that notice of the meeting had been posted in the time and manner required by law.

I.B. Recognitions for November 12 Regular Board Meeting.

II. First Order of Business (Consent Agenda) for November 12 Regular Meeting.

II.A. The Board will consider approval of the Budget Amendments.

II.B. The Board will consider accepting the September Financials.

II.C. The Board will consider approval of the Minutes of the October 1 Agenda Review and the October 8 Regular Meeting.

II.D. The Board will consider Board Policy FC(LOCAL) in second reading, for final approval.

II.E. The Board will consider Board Policy FDB(LOCAL) in second reading, for final approval.

III. Regular Agenda for November 12 Regular Meeting.

III.A. Shotwell Complex Considerations:

III.A.I. The Board will consider accepting the 2011-2012 AISD Shotwell Complex Financial Report.

III.A.II. The Board will consider approving an additional commitment of fund balance for Shotwell Complex improvements

III.B. The Board will consider approving Job Order Contracting as procurement method for Electrical and Glass projects.

III.C. The Board will consider approval of the Job Order Contract for Concrete.

III.D. The Board will consider approval of the Job Order Contract for Carpet and Resilient Flooring.

III.E. The Board will consider approval of the Job Order Contract for Commercial Chain Link Fencing.

IV. Closed Session:  A closed session may be held under the provisions of Texas Government Code, Chapter 551 including but not limited to Section 551.071, Section 551.072, Section 551.074, Section 551.076, Section 551.082(a).

IV.A. The Board will consider and deliberate Personnel Employment, Assignments, Suspensions, and Terminations. (Section 551.074)

IV.A.II. Continue Superintendent's annual evaluation, contract update.
