II.A. Consider approving the minutes of the November 26 and December 10, 2007 regular meetings.

III. First Order of Business (Consent Agenda)

III.A. The Board will consider approving the Budget Amendments.

III.B. The Board will consider accepting the December 2007 Financials.

IV. Regular Agenda

IV.A. The Board will consider approval of first reading of the (LOCAL) policies in TASB Update 82.

IV.B. The Board will consider a possible bond election.

V. Closed Session: A closed session may be held under the provisions of Texas Government Code, Chapter 551 including but not limited to Section 551.071, Section 551.072, Section 551.074, Section 551.076, Section 551.082(a), and Section 551.083.

V.A. The Board will continue discussion regarding the Superintendent's summative evaluation, and contract renewal.
