VII.A. Presentation regarding the review of an updated status report on the Energy Savings Performance Contract by E3 Entegral Solutions Inc.

VII.B. Presentation and receipt of the results of the 2023-2026 Districtwide Safety and Security Audit conducted by Somerset ISD Police Officer C. Tingwald.  The detailed audit findings will be presented and discussed in closed session pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.076.

VII.C. Presentation of State Assessment and Accountability Results.

VII.D. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the Award of Child Nutrition Kitchen Equipment for Somerset High School, Barrera Veterans Elementary, Savannah Heights Intermediate, Somerset Early Childhood Education, and Somerset Elementary, Contingent Upon Texas Department of Agribulture (TDA) Approval.

VII.E. Consider and take possible action regarding the resolution concerning the weather-related closure of school on August 28, 2026.

VII.F. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the No-New-Revenue (NNR) Tax Rate, Voter-Approval Tax Rate (VATR), and the Rate to Maintain Same Level of Maintenance & Operations Revenue & Pay Debt Service for Tax Year 2026.

VII.G. Presentation of the Somerset Independent School District Finance Update.

VIII. CLOSED SESSION:
The Board will convene in Closed Session in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code 551, et. Seq. (TGC 551.071, TGC 551.072, TGC 551.073, TGC 551.074, TGC 551.076, TGC 551.082, TGC 551.083, and TGC 551.084) to consider the following:

VIII.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.074, deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee.

VIII.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 and 551.074, attorney consultation regarding legal issues related to partnership with and Memorandum of Understanding between the Somerset Independent School District and the Somerset ISD Education Foundation.
