VI.A. Approval of the January 08, 2024, Regular Board Meeting Minutes and January 20, 2024, Board Facilities Workshop Minutes.

VI.B. Approval of the extension of Assessment Intervention Management, LLC for the 2023-2024 school year.

VI.C. Approval of the 2024-2025 Budget Planning Calendar and designate the Superintendent or designee to update and revise the calendar as necessary.

VII.A. Presentation of the 2022-2023 Somerset ISD Texas Academic Performance Report (TAPR).

VII.B. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of changes to Somerset ISD Board Policy DEC(Local).

VII.C. Consider and take possible action regarding employment and volunteer policies in accordance with SB763.

VII.D. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the purchase and installation of Cisco IP Phones in every classroom throughout the District in compliance with Texas Education Code 37.117.

VII.E. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of final payment to the General Contractor for the Construction of the Performing Arts Center and Renovations to the Existing Fine Arts Building.

VII.F. Discussion and possible action regarding the review and approval of the Emergency School Closing Resolution.

VII.G. Presentation of the Somerset Independent School District Finance Update.

VIII. CLOSED SESSION:
The Board will convene in Closed Session in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551, et. Seq. (TGC 551.071, TGC 551.072, TGC 551.073, TGC 551.074, TGC 551.076, TGC 551.082, TGC 551.083, and 551.084) to consider the following:
