4.A. Consider and Approve: year ending August 31, 2023 annual financial audit

4.B. Consider and Approve the purchase of District-wide window tint from Epic Solar Control not to exceed $70,000 using funds from the Safety and Security Grant.

4.C. Consider and Approve increasing the budget in Function 51 by $28,000 to purchase one new air-conditioning unit for the Elementary campus.

5. In executive session, the Board will consider personnel matters as allowed by Texas Government Code §551.074 to discuss the evaluation and contract consideration of the Superintendent of Schools.

6. Consider and Approve contract renewal for Superintendent of Schools.
