8.A. Executive Session:  The Board will adjourn into executive session pursuant to the following provisions:

 A.   Texas Government Code Section 551.071, to consult with the District's attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, including the resignation of teachers and student appeal.
B.    Texas Government Code Section Sec. 551.082, to conduct a meeting to deliberate in a case involving discipline of a public school child including the appeal of an expulsion.
C.    Texas Government Code Section 551.0821, to conduct a meeting to deliberate a matter regarding a public school student if personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily be revealed by the deliberation.
