a. Declaring a Program Change under Board policy DFFB(LOCAL) in order to redirect resources and increase efficiency by eliminating and/or reorganizing the secondary athletic training health services program as follows: Change from the current configuration of: • One full-time in-house athletic trainer position; To a new configuration of: • Contracting with outside third-party providers of athletic services on an as-needed basis. b. Implementing a Reduction in Force due to the program change pursuant to Board policy DFFB(LOCAL); and c. Determining the affected employment area(s) for a possible Reduction in Force due to a program change based on the Superintendents’ recommendations. |
