NOTICE  - PERTAINING TO MEETING BY VIDEO CONFERENCE

A meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Bryan Independent School District will be held July 1, 2021, beginning at 12:00 P.M. This meeting will be conducted via video conference, which will be audible to the Board and public and allow for two-way communication for the Board and District administration. The Board President, presiding officer or trustees will not all be physically present at one location, but a quorum will be required for the meeting on the video conference. The Board will be allowing public comment / citizen participation to be made in an alternative format. If you wish to address the Board of Trustees on either an item on the agenda or a non-agenda topic, you must email bisd_digitalmeeting@bryanisd.org ten minutes prior to the beginning of the meeting. In your email, please state your name and the subject of your comment. When the Board reaches the Public Comment/Citizen Participation item on the agenda, the Board President or designee will read all comments aloud for the Board to hear. The content of your written comments cannot exceed 3 minutes when read aloud. To the extent practicable, all other public comment rules will be followed. Items will not necessarily be discussed or considered in the order they are printed on the agenda below. If, during the course of the meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in an executive or closed session, the Board will convene in such executive or closed session as permitted by and in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551
