4.B. Discuss/Approve to adopt the school district's for the 2026-2027 school year.

4.C. Discuss/Approve to adopt the current-year tax rate by ordinance.

4.D. Discuss/Approve AgriLife Rural Student Success Initiative (RSSI) Agreement

4.E. Discuss/Approve a MOU with Indiana Wesleyan University-Texas /Teachworthy GYO and Candidates for CISD 2026-2027 School District Teaching Permit (SDTP)

4.F. Workshop: Parental Rights Training for the School Board of Trustees — SB204

5. Closed Session
