V.A. Discuss and take possible action to approve authorizing the Childress County Appraisal District Chief Appraiser or other Appraiser to act as an agent in regard to filing a protest against the Comptroller's 2022 Property Value Study for Childress ISD.

V.B. Discuss and take possible action to approve entering into an agreement with the following ERATE vendors to provide technology services, AT&T for lit fiber services in the dollar amount of $4,355.00 per month, or $52,260.00 annually and Region 16 for 1 GB bandwidth of internet access in the dollar amount of $4,530.00 per month, or $54,360.00 annually.
