The Board will go into a closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, under the following Texas Government Code Sections: 551.074 to consider resignations, to deliberate appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee, administrative contracts; 551.076 Deliberation regarding safety and security; 551.072 Deliberation regarding the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property; 551.071 for the purpose of a private consultation with the Board's attorney on any or all subjects or matters authorized by law including board governance.
