4. The Board will go into a closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, under the following Texas Government Code Section: 551.074 Personnel matters; interview candidates for the Position of Superintendent of Schools.

5. Return to open meeting and take any action deemed necessary upon discussion in the closed meeting

6. Adjourn
