4. The Board will go into a closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, under the following Texas Government Code Sections: 551.074 to consider resignations, to deliberate appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee, administrative contracts including hiring a Chief of Police; 551.076 Deliberation regarding safety and security; 551.072 Deliberation regarding the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property.
