The Board will go into a closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, under the following Texas Government Code Sections 551.074, 551.071 Consultation with Attorney David Thompson (Thompson and Horton) to discuss Superintendent Contract; 551.071, 551.129 Consultation with the District's attorney concerning legal issues and procedural issues related to ending employment relationship with probationary contract employees and all other issues permissible by law; 551.072 consider and discuss ending employment relationship with district level counselor including proposed termination of contract and suspension without pay for good cause.
