4. The Board will go into a closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, under the following Texas Government Code Sections: 551.074 to consider resignations, to deliberate appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee; Employment of Executive Director of Specialized Learning, Director of Transportation, and Director of Community Services.

5. Return to open meeting and take any action deemed necessary upon discussion in the closed meeting
