4. The Board will go into a closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, under the following Texas Government Code Sections: 551.074 to consider resignations, to deliberate appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee; employment of Assistant Superintendent of Elementary Education, Director of CTE, Assistant Athletic Director and 504/Dyslexia Coordinator.

5. Return to open meeting and take possible action regarding personnel matters including hiring Assistant Superintendent of Elementary Education, Director of CTE and Assistant Director of Athletics.
