Consider action to grant the superintendent purchasing authority for a new small activity bus exceeding $25,000 but under $140,000 through a purchasing cooperative contingent on the insurance company determines the bus involved in the accident is totaled. The funding to cover the difference between insurance reimbursement and purchase amount is to come out of the designated fund balance for vehicles.
