EXECUTIVE SESSION The Board shall convene in Executive Session as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Gov’t Code, Article 551.0726 Revised Civil Statutes of Texas Subchapter D and E for discussion. Pursuant to Section 551.071, of the Texas Government Code, to consult with the District's attorney, in person or by phone, regarding pending or contemplated litigation, a settlement offer,or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of ProfessionalConduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code. Pursuant to Section 551.074, of the Texas Government Code, to deliberate the appointment,employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee. Pursuant to Section 551.0821, of the Texas Government Code, to deliberate a matter regarding a public school student if personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily be revealed by the deliberation. |
