Consider and possible action to order a General Election for the election of three (3) at-large School Board Trustees to be held on May 1, 2021.  Considerar y tal vez actuar para convocar elecciones generales el 1 de mayo de 2021 para elegir a tres (3) administradores del Consejo sin zona asignada.

11. Consider and possible action to order a Special Election for the election of one (1) at-large School Board Trustee position to fill an unexpired term to be held on May 1, 2021.  Considerar y tal vez actuar para ordenar elecciones extraordinaries el 1 de mayo de 2021 para elegir a un (1) administrador del Consejo sin zona asignada para ocupar el puesto vacante y concluir el plazo no vencido.

12. Consider Board approval of the Notice and Order of General Election for Early Voting and for Election Day.  Considerar  la aprobacion del Consejo del Aviso y la Orden de Elecciones generales para la votacion adelantada y para el dia de las elecciones.

13. Consider Board approval of the Notice and Order of Special Election for Early Voting and for Election Day to fulfill a one-year unexpired term which will expire in 2022.  Considerar la aprobacion del Consejo del Aviso y la Orden de convocatoria de elecciones extraordinarias para la votacion y para el dia de las elecciones.

14. Consider and possible approval of Resolution to have a joint election on May 1, 2021, with the City of Sudan.  Considerar y posiblemente aprobar la Resolucion para celebrar elecciones conjuntas con la ciudad de Sudan el 1 de mayo de 2021.

15. Consider and possible approval of the Joint Election Agreement with the City of Sudan.  Considerar y posiblemente aprobar el Acuerdo de elecciones conjuntas con la ciudad de Sudan.

16. Consider approval of the Early Voting locations and times and Election Day polling locations and times.  Considerar aprobar los centros electorales y los horarios para la votacion adelantada y los centros electorales y los horarious el dia de las elecciones.

17. Consider and appoint Mechele Edwards as the Elections Administrator.  Considerar y nombrar a Mechel Edwards como la Administradora de las elecciones.

18. Consider and appoint Mechelle Edwards  as the Early Voting Clerk and Kristy Peck as the Deputy Early Voting Clerk, Sheri Markham as the Early Voting Ballot Board Judge and Ruth Ortega as the Early Voting Ballot Board Alternate Judge.  Considerar y nombrar a Mechele Edwards como Secretaria para la votacion adelantada a Kristy Peck como Secretaria delegada para la votacion adelantada, a Sheri Markham como la Juez del Consejo para la votacion adelantada y a Ruth Ortega como la Juez suplente del Consejo para la votacion adelantada.

19. Consider and appoint Mechele Edwards as the Central Count Station Manager and Tabulations Supervisor, and Sheri Markham as the Central Count Judge.  Considerar y nombrar a Mechele Edwards como Administradora de la estacion del conteo central y a como Supervisora de la tabulacion y a Sheri Markham como la Juez del conteo central.

20. Consider and appoint Sheri Markham to serve as Election Judge on Election Day and Ruth Ortega as Alternate Election Day Judge.  Considerar y nombrar a Sheri Markham para servir como la Juez electoral y a Ruth Ortega para servir como la Juez suplente el dia de las elecciones.

21. Consider and appoint Epimenio Salinis to serve as Bilingual Clerk for early voting Amy Jimenez to serve as Bilingual Clerk for Election Day.  Considerar y nombrar a Epimenio Salinis para servir como el secretario bilingue para la votacion adelantada y Amy Jimenez para servir como secretaria bilingues el dia de las elecciones.
