• Status of security cameras, access control systems, and door locking mechanisms.

• Discuss HB33 Breaching Tools and Ballistic Shields Requirements

6. Campus Safety Teams Proposal - Campus Safety Teams led by Ashleigh Castillo, Dave Martinez, and Bill Boehl will establish a collaborative structure that includes campus safety personnel to:

• Review and update emergency response procedures.
• Manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety equipment inventories.
• Assess campus-specific safety needs. This structure is intended to ensure consistent, informed, and district-wide safety readiness.

7. Law Enforcement Coordination (TEC 37.109(b)(5))

• Strategies to increase law enforcement visibility near campuses.
• Coordination with local law enforcement agencies.
• Chief Klare will provide updates on any upcoming or completed police trainings, collaborations, or relevant CCISD Police activities.
