Levying a tax providing for the security and payment of said bonds; the sale thereof; approving the official statement for the bonds; and enacting other provisions related thereto.

7.E. Review and take action on 2005-2006 transfer student list as presented.

7.F. The board will review and take action on the Student Code of Conduct manual as presented.
