9.A. The board will review and take action on the 2002-2003 school audit by Bolinger, Segars, Gilbert and Moss.

11.A. Central Office will have a Christmas Open House Friday, December 19, 2003 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. All hams and turkeys will be picked up during this time along with pay checks.

11.B. High School Band Christmas Concert will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2003 at 7:30 p.m. in the gym.

11.C. The board will review AEIS data and Texas FIRST data from November's public meeting.

11.D. Examples of board procedures are included for review.
