6. The Board will consider approval of tax refunds.

7. The Board will consider approval of the Mineral and Real Estate Levy for the 2023 tax year.

8. The Board will consider Fund 199 Budget Amendment # 6 relating to TAP salaries from October 2024 through May 2025.

9. The Board will consider a purchase from CoolVu over $25,000 regarding safety film on windows at all campuses.  This will be paid with Safe Cycle 2 grant funds.
