7. The Board will consider approval of Fund 240 Budget Amendment #11 regarding revenue related to Supply Chain Grant for Food Service.

9. The Board will consider approval of a purchase over $25,000 regarding Food Service equipment.

In executive session, the Board will consider personnel matters as allowed by the Texas Government Code §551.074 involving the renewal of term contract, probationary contract and non-certified contract employees; the resignation and employment of professional personnel and discussion of the Superintendent's appraisal.

18. The Superintendent will recommend the Board renew contracts for term contract employees.

19. The Superintendent will recommend the Board renew contracts for probationary contract employees.

20. The Superintendent will recommend the Board renew contracts for non-certified contract employees.

21. The Superintendent will inform the Board of resignations accepted
