6. Public Hearing conducted on the 2023-2024 Texas Academic Performance Report (TAPR) for the district.

Discussion and/or Action to approve a Transportation Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Ricardo ISD, Riviera ISD, Kingsville ISD, Santa Gertrudis ISD, Bishop CISD, Banquete ISD, and Kenedy County-Wide CSD and grant authority to Superintendent to amend MOU as needed and develop a reasonable fee structure for vehicle use by other districts. 

10. Discussion and/or Action to approve the Parent and Family Engagement (PFE) policies for Sarita Elementary School and Kenedy County-Wide CSD.
