Consider removing Paul Vranish and Bertha Brew as signatories on school district bank accounts at First National Bank and authorizing any two of the following three persons to be signatories on all school district bank accounts at First National Bank:  Javier Escalante, Ofelia Bosquez, and Margaret Ruybe

4. Adjournment of Meeting
