Description:
The Board will meet in closed session. This meeting is authorized under Section 551 of the Texas Government Code. This closed session may concern any or all of the subjects and be conducted for any and all purposes permitted by Section 551.071 through and including Section 551.084 of the Texas Open Meetings Act. |

6.A. Conduct the Level 3 appeal hearing for the grievance of Courtney Garcia in accordance with FNG (LOCAL).
Description:
Section 551.074 of the Texas Open Meetings Act requires that grievances against employees be conducted in closed session unless the employee requests that it be held in open session. |

6.B. Discussion on employment, reassignments, proposed nonrenewals, nonrenewals, proposed terminations, terminations, resignations, letters on personnel and retirements of contract and at will employees.
