7.A. Discuss and consider approval to authorize the Superintendent to solicit competitive proposals for a districtwide rekeying and lock hardware project pursuant to Texas Education Code 44.031(a)(3).

7.B. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution and nomination of candidate to serve as HISD's representative on the Lavaca County Central Appraisal District Board of Directors for a two-year term beginning January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2027.
