1. CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE TO FLAGS, AND MOMENT OF SILENCE. 

2. HEARING OF DELEGATIONS AND/OR INDIVIDUALS WHO WISH TO ADDRESS THE BOARD.

2.A. If necessary, adjournment into executive session under Tex. Govt. Code 551.074 to hear a complaint or charge against a school employee.

3. RESUME MEETING IN OPEN SESSION AND VOTE ON ITEMS DISCUSSED IN EXECUTIVE SESSION, IF NECESSARY.

3.A. Discuss and consider approval of boiler pipe replacements.

3.B. Discuss and consider approval of a written resolution authorizing the purchase of an approximate 0.212 of an acre tract of land, a part of the John Hallett Survey, A-217, Lavaca County, Texas, from Michael Tankersley and Barbara Tankersley.

3.C. Discuss and consider approval of a resolution retaining professionals in connection with, and authorizing the issuance of, Hallettsville Independent School District Time Warrant, Series 2026; providing for the payment of such time warrant; specifying the terms and features of said time warrant; and resolving other matters incident and related to the issuance, sale, payment and delivery of said time warrant.

4. ADJOURNMENT INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION UNDER TEXAS GOVT. CODE 551.074.

4.A. Discuss purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property.

4.B. Discuss and consider approval of student transfers for the 2026-2027 school year.

4.C. Discuss and consider the resignation, appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, and/or dismissal of a public officer or employee.

5. RESUME MEETING IN OPEN SESSION AND VOTE ON ITEMS DISCUSSED IN EXECUTIVE SESSION, IF NECESSARY.
