III. Consideration and possible action to approve a Standard Form Owner/Contractor Agreement with Hall Heating and Air LLC dba Hall's Heating & Air, to provide contractor services related to the Child Nutrition Administration Walk-in Cooler-Freezer Replacement Project, RFP No 2024-03
