9. New Business

9.A. The Administration recommends the approval of the Transportation Services bid and contract with Harlows Transportation.  The Personnel and Finance committee has forwarded this to the board with a recommendation for approval.  The District attorney has reviewed the contract.  

9.B. The Administration recommends the approval of the Joint Powers Agreement for the formation of the Williston Basin School District Career and Technical Center.

9.C. The Administration recommends the approval of Envision Math Curriculum to begin at the 2023-2024 school year. This will be purchased for 6 years total. This includes all curriculum manipulative kits for each classroom. 

9.D. The Administration recommends the approval of the resource renewal with NoRedInk. 

9.E. Administration recommends the approval of the contract Legacy Leadership LLC for professional development of District Administration 

9.F. The Administration recommends the approval of Mrs. Ratzak's Summer School Contract.

9.G. The Administration recommends the approval of Mr. Abuhl Summer School Contract.

9.H. The Administration recommends the approval of the job description for Principal of Innovation.

9.I. Approve Security Guard Position for the WBSD #7 Middle School Central Campus.

9.J. The Administration recommends the approval of the resignation from Maggie Lowery.

9.K. The Administration recommends the approval of the following resignations. These resignations are for the end of their contractual obligations for 2022-2023 school year. 

9.L. The Administration recommends the approval of the retirement of teacher Mark Slotsve.

9.M. Executive Session to discussing negotiating strategy related to upcoming negotiations with the Williston Education Association and Williston Basin Administrators Association under NDCC 44-04-19.1(9).

The Board will not return to open session to take any public action
