2. PUBLIC FORUM

2.A. Patrons who have duly registered per policy BED (Local) may address the Board and make public comments on an agenda item during or before the board's consideration of the item.  The Board may allow public comment on agenda items at all meetings. The Board will continue with the remaining agenda after the registered patrons have had an opportunity to speak

3. CONSENT AGENDA:

3.A. San Patricio County 4-H Extension Adjunct Faculty Agreement and Resolution 

3.B. Live Oak County 4-H Extension Adjunct Faculty Agreement and Resolution 

 

4. ACTION ITEMS:

4.A. Consideration and possible action regarding the agreement with The Joe Barnhart Public Library 

4.B. Consideration and possible action regarding the T-TESS Calendar for the 2026-2027 school year

4.C. Consideration and possible action to establish the date and time for the public hearing on the proposed 2026–2027 budget and proposed tax rate

4.D. Consideration and possible action regarding the purchase over $50,000 for Beeville ISD campus and department air conditioning services

4.E. Discussion and possible action to direct the Superintendent and district administration to formally and informally engage with the Texas Education Agency (TEA) and any other appropriate agencies to determine the feasibility, requirements, and approval process for repurposing the Beeville ISD STEM Building for use as the Beeville ISD Police Department Headquarters, and to provide the Board of Trustees with a written report summarizing their findings, including copies of all relevant correspondence, guidance, approvals, and supporting documentation received from TEA or other agencies, along with any recommendations for future Board consideration and possible action

5. ADJOURN INTO CLOSED SESSION

5.A. For the purpose of considering matters for which closed sessions are authorized by Chapter 551.071-551.084, Texas Government Code, whereupon the Superintendent at the request of the Board President, will present for the Board's consideration or discussion the following matters.

5.A.1. Section 551.071  For the purpose of a private consultation with the Board's attorney on any or all subjects or matters authorized by law.

5.A.2. For the purpose of considering matters for which closed sessions are authorized by Chapter 551.071-551.084, Texas Government Code, whereupon the Superintendent at the request of the Board President, will present for the Board's consideration or discussion the following matters.

5.A.3. Section 551.072 For the purpose of discussing the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property.

5.A.3.a. Discussion regarding the re-evaluation of Beeville ISD properties

5.A.3.b. Deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property

5.A.4. Section 551.073  For the purpose of considering a negotiated contract for a prospective gift or donation.

5.A.4.a. Discussion regarding a potential donation of property to BISD

5.A.5. Section 551.074 For the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.

5.A.5.a. Discussion regarding Superintendent's personnel recommendations and resignations

5.A.5.b. Discussion regarding administrative personnel matters
